Mark Duffy, President & CEO
Prior joining Sound Vision in 2003, Mark co-founded and operated several startups including ExpressPoint
Technology Services, Inc. a technology logistics company based in Minneapolis where he served as COO, EVP
Business Development and Director, and Onex Communications Corporation a semiconductor company based in Boston
and sold to TranSwitch Corporation in 2001. Investors in Mark's companies include Star Ventures, Vesbridge and
Venrock. Mark served as a Director of Integrated Healthcare Information Services, Inc. from inception until its
sale in 2005 to United Health Care. Early in his career, Mark spent several years at Advanced Technology
Ventures. Mark received a BA and an MBA degree from Boston College.
Jose DoVal, Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining Sound Vision in 1997, Jose held senior manufacturing management positions at Leaf Systems
and Analogic. Jose has a BA degree in business from Newbury College.
Jim Dunn, Vice President, Business Development
Jim Dunn's responsibility at Sound Vision is to support all customer applications for Clarity and to develop
new partnerships for emerging technologies. Prior to joining Sound Vision in 1996, Jim Dunn was Senior VP of
Business Development at Leaf Systems where he was responsible for launching the LeafScan line of film transparency
scanners, receiving the Mac User EDDY award for "Best Scanner" in the first year of production. In 1992, Dunn was
responsible for launching the Leaf Digital Camera Back (DCB) at Fotokina with Hasselblad as their first OEM partner.
Mamiya and Sinar also adopted versions of the product which are still being sold today. Leaf Systems was acquired by
Scitex Corporation in 1992.
Dunn is the founder of Dunn Instruments of San Francisco, CA, the company that pioneered the development of the first commercially available film
recorders for capturing computer generated images, initially for medical images from modalities such as Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound, and then
for CT scanning and MRI applications. The first images of Saturn that were captured by NASA's Pioneer Project were processed by the Dunn 631 camera
for subsequent printing by Newsweek and Scientific American in their publications.
Dunn was awarded a patent for inventing a medical imaging device that detects pulmonary disease using radioactive Xenon 135. He holds a degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.

Subhash Roy - CTO AMCC
Subhash has over 17 years of experience in the semiconductor space, in design, development and executive management
covering applications spaces including telecommunications, supercomputing, medical, and automotive. In May 1999,
he co-founded Onex Communications, a fabless semiconductor supplier in the Wide-area Telecommunications space,
serving as it's Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Vice-President of Engineering. Onex was acquired in September
2001 by TranSwitch Corporation (NASDAQ: TXCC). Subhash served as TranSwitch's CTO for Metro, and Core products
until February 2003.
Subhash, then joined Kodiak Venture Partners, initially as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), and then as a
Principal until June 2005. He was involved in Kodiak's practice in semiconductors and OEM's, and was heavily
involved with the following portfolio companies; Cortina Systems, Simpler Networks, ALIS Technology Corporation,
Tropic Networks, BTI Photonics, and Vette.
Currently, Subhash is CTO-Transport for Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (NASDAQ: AMCC).
Subhash has been awarded 13 patents (7 pending) in telecommunications, datacommunications and microprocessor
areas and holds B.S. And M.S. Degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Igor Zhovnirovsky - CTO Celltitude
Igor has over 25 years of experience in next generation hardware and software solutions for the enterprise and
telecommunications sector. Igor was co-founder and CTO of Avatria, an IM software developer and has held principal
technology development and leadership positions at Lannet, Chipcom, DEC, Retix, MMC, ONEX/Transwitch.
